Everyday Special is our off-catalogue design that is available for a limited time.
We will reveal our Everyday Special on our website and social media the day before.
We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 12pm.
Design is fixed and customising will not be allowed.

What is the delivery fee?
We offer FREE delivery on Monday-Saturdays, between 9am-6pm.
Delivery after 6pm will incur an additional charge of $18.00.
Additional charge of $10.00 for restricted zones: Airport Cargo Complexes, Military Camps, PSA Ports, Universities & Polytechnics, Sentosa.

How do I make an order?
Add the product of your choice to your cart. You may select the option of delivery or self-collection. Type in any additional requests in the message box (e.g. colour of ribbon / wrapping). Checkout to complete your order.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
An automated email confirmation will be sent to you after the payment is verified.
Is it possible to make changes to my order after I have made the payment?
Amendments to our Everyday Special will not be allowed.
For customised bouquets, changes may be made up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery / collection time.
Changes to delivery address may be made up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery / collection time. Changes made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery / collection time will incur an additional re-route fee of $15.00.

Can I cancel my order after I have made the payment?
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed. We suggest for you to postpone delivery date or pick other products from our catalogue (same price or more). Please contact us 2 working days in advance from original delivery date.
